Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Illionaires is not responsible for:
• incorrect or incomplete addresses
• failed delivery attempts
• packages returned to sender

If a package is returned due to an address issue, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Once an order has been handed to the carrier, Illionaires is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues.
